I’ve Got a Question.
Brand planners ask a lot of questions. We gather so as to understand buying behaviors, preferences, culture and other odds and ends. Over the weekend I came up with a new question for company and brand stakeholders I’d like to share.
“If you were asked to participate in a roast of your company/brand, what joke might you tell to get the biggest laugh?”
Now everybody is not a comedian, especially when put on the spot. Comedy and jokes, at least in my life, is best when serendipitous. On the fly. Catching the interviewee off-guard is probably the best tact. Also, it doesn’t give them time to wash the comment or be corporately correct.
Can’t wait to try out the new Q.
